Each entry started with the word “Thoughts” and the date – and then I just let everything out.
Especially in those moments when everything inside me felt tangled.
That’s when I wrote. No plan, no filter. And it was incredibly freeing.
Not because everything was suddenly fixed. But because I felt like myself again.
That’s when I realized:
